IFSA MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION.

Earn Points and Rankings: Gain points and maintain a ranking through all IFSA Junior and Qualifier-sanctioned events.

JUNIOR OR COACH MEMBERSHIP

Full Junior Athlete Membership (Ages 12-18)

Junior Athlete One-Time Membership: Valid for a single event in the season. If you decide to compete in a second event, you must upgrade to a full membership.

Upgrade to Full Membership: Only available for athletes who previously held a one-time membership and wish to participate in additional events. An upgrade is required, and LiveHeats will charge the price difference.

Junior Athlete Under 12 Membership: Age is determined as of 12/31/2025.

Coach Membership: Valid through April 20 each calendar year (South America participants must purchase the following season's membership).
*Note*: Membership is mandatory for all junior athletes in the IFSA Junior Series.
IFSA Adult Qualifier Membership

Full Qualifier Tour License
-
One-Time Qualifier License: Valid for one event during the season.

Adult Collegiate License: Available to athletes ages 18-25 who are full-time college students. Valid through April 20.
Please Note: Membership is required for all athletes competing in the IFSA Qualifier Series.
Reminder: Both IFSA and WCF memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Eligibility for WCF Membership
IFSA Membership Requirement

A current 2024-25 IFSA membership is required to participate in the WCF Series.
Independent Athletes
​
Independent athletes are accepted under the following conditions:

Must be a current IFSA member.

Must attend the competition with an IFSA Certified Coach.

Independent coaches must meet WCF Coach Requirements (see WCF Coach Requirements for details).
Ineligibility & Registration Policy
If you register for WCF events and are found to be ineligible to compete in the WCF regional series, you will forfeit your registration fee for both WCF membership and the event.

Knowing your past IFSA login information is helpful. It is best to log in to your previous account rather than creating a new one.

All WCF Series athletes will adhere to the **IFSA Code of Conduct** guidelines.
It is the responsibility of all WCF Series athletes to know and abide by these rules.
